Agreement between User and hx·ai

The hx·ai website (thehxai.com) is comprised of various web pages operated by hx·ai, a brand of Ideas2IT Technologies LLC (“hx·ai,” “we,” “us”), and/or linked sites as defined below (collectively, the “hx·ai Website”).

The hx·ai Website is offered to you on your unconditional acceptance of these terms without modification. Ownership

The hx·ai Website, including all content, design, layout, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to hx·ai, and all right, title, and interest in the hx·ai Website and related intellectual property remain hx·ai's sole property. This includes the “thehxai.com” domain, the hx·ai name and logo, and the overall look and feel of the Website. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the hx·ai Website or its content. hx·ai authorizes you to view and download a single copy of Website content solely for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from the hx·ai Website.
