His background spans enterprise AI strategy, large-scale program governance, and agentic AI deployment across the full healthcare value chain, from clinical operations and benefit management to population health and revenue cycle.
At NTT DATA, where he spent nearly nine years, Hari led the Industry Solutions Group for Healthcare and Life Sciences, setting solution strategy and market positioning across Payer, Provider, and Integrated Healthcare domains for one of the largest global IT services organizations. Before that, he spent thirteen years at Cognizant, where he served as Healthcare Solutions Lead for the Southeast and Midwest US regions, leading integrated solution development for complex strategic pursuits across IT infrastructure, application delivery, and enterprise transformation.
Across his career, Hari has architected and contributed to healthcare transformation programs scaling to $1B+ and has led delivery portfolios of 700+ FTEs. That track record gives him a practical, operational orientation that most healthcare technology strategists in this space do not have, he has governed the programs, not just advised on them.
Hari holds an Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation certification from MIT Professional Education (issued June 2026), an Executive Program certification in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from IIM Visakhapatnam, and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect. He also holds the PAHM (Professional in Healthcare Administration and Management) designation and is a SAFe Agilist and Certified ScrumMaster.
